Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

These Terms govern your organization's access to and use of the eSIM Oasis portal and API (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization.

Definitions

  • Service means the eSIM Oasis web portal, APIs, and related tools and documentation.
  • Account means the agency profile and its users, including admins, agents, and developers.
  • Order means a request submitted through the portal or API to provision an eSIM bundle.
  • Credits means prepaid or approved balance used to fund Orders and service activity.
  • Content means data, text, or files you provide or generate through the Service.

Accounts and access

You must be authorized to bind your organization and keep account information accurate. You are responsible for all activity under your Account, including activity by your users and developers.

Keep credentials and API keys confidential. Do not embed secrets in client-side code or expose them publicly. Notify us immediately of any suspected compromise.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
  • Do not attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security.
  • Respect rate limits and technical guidance in our documentation.
  • Do not resell access credentials or allow unapproved parties to use your Account.

API usage and documentation

The API is designed for server-to-server integration. You agree to implement the API according to our published specifications, including authentication, idempotency, and caching guidance.

We may update endpoints, fields, or limits to improve reliability and security. We will aim to communicate material changes in advance.

Orders and fulfillment

Orders are processed based on availability and technical validation. You are responsible for checking order status before distributing eSIMs to end customers.

If an Order cannot be fulfilled, it will be marked as failed. We may issue a credit adjustment or other remedy consistent with your account terms.

Credits, payments, and taxes

Ordering requires sufficient Credits or other approved settlement terms. We may place temporary holds while orders are processed.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or governmental charges associated with your use of the Service.

Refunds and adjustments

Refund and adjustment requests are reviewed case by case. If approved, refunds are typically issued as account credits unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality and data

You and eSIM Oasis will protect each other's confidential information and use it only to provide or receive the Service.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You warrant that you have the right to provide Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by eSIM Oasis or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription or account term.

Availability and changes

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, performance, or compliance.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSIM Oasis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal compliance, or security risks. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
